We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Medsiwear. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please review the policy below:

✅ Eligibility

  • Only non-embroidered products are eligible.

  • Must be a standard size (custom-sized items are non-returnable).

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all tags attached.

  • Requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.

⏱ Return & Exchange Timeline

  • Return Shipping Time: 2–6 business days (depending on courier).

  • Processing Time: 3–4 business days after we receive your item.

  • You will be notified via WhatsApp or email once your return/exchange is processed.

⚠️ Non-Refundable Charges

  • Delivery and embroidery charges are non-refundable.

🧾 Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is incorrect or damaged.

  • We recommend using trackable shipping, as lost returns are not our responsibility.

📦 Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or embroidered are not eligible for return or exchange.

🚨 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos. We will arrange a return or replacement at no extra cost.
