Medsiwear charges a flat shipping fee of Rs. 250 on all standard orders below Rs. 4,000. There are no hidden charges.

  • Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation.

  • Expected delivery within 3–5 business days.

  • Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location or courier accessibility.

We support the following secure payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Bank Transfer

COD is available for most major cities in Pakistan and is simple to use:

  • For first-time customers, our Customer Support Representative (CSR) will call to confirm your order.

  • For returning customers, orders are confirmed automatically and dispatched.

  • If you miss the confirmation call, please contact us within 24 hours at +92 370 6580697 to confirm your order.

  • Unconfirmed orders may be canceled automatically.

⚠️ COD Purchase Limit

  • COD is available for orders up to Rs. 5,000.

  • Orders above Rs. 5,000 require advance payment via Easypaisa, Mobicash, or Bank Transfer.

  • All wholesale/bulk orders must be paid half in advance, regardless of the amount.
